Yes, Courier Mitra (CM) provides excel bulk upload function that allows users to mass upload multiple delivery bookings instantly. By utilising our bulk upload feature, you will be able to speed up processes and increase efficiency when uploading a large number of delivery bookings.

This data is critical as it helps you to take insight-driven business decisions understanding business growth or any problem area.

Yes, Courier Mitra (CM) has a module for accounting that allow user for account entry, journal & receipt entry, ledger view, client outstanding option.

Know Your Customer, commonly known as KYC, enables us to validate the identity of our customers. You only need to do this once as a first-time customer on our platform.

To complete your KYC process, you must:

  1. Enter your PAN number and upload supporting document proof.
  2. Select the address proof and upload scanned copies of the same.

Please Note: The uploaded address proof must be the same as that of the billing address submitted with Courier Mitra (CM). You can also do KYC using the Aadhar based OTP system.
